We plan to serve families throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin metropolitan areas, including surrounding communities. Our confirmed service counties will be announced as we approach our official opening.

Our planned non-medical home care services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and other activities of daily living. Services will be provided in accordance with our authorized Texas service category and applicable regulations.

Our Texas location is currently in the pre-opening phase. Services will begin only after all required Texas licensing and regulatory requirements have been satisfied.

Texas requires applicable agencies providing personal assistance services to obtain a Home and Community Support Services Agency (HCSSA) license through Texas Health and Human Services

We plan to explore participation in applicable Texas Medicaid programs, including STAR+PLUS and Community First Choice (CFC). Acceptance will depend on required provider enrollment, contracting, and program authorization. We will announce accepted payment options before opening.

Certain Texas Medicaid programs allow eligible family members to provide authorized care, subject to program-specific restrictions, qualifications, and employment requirements. Our team will provide additional information regarding caregiver eligibility and available options once our Texas operations begin.

We anticipate offering flexible care arrangements, including daytime, evening, overnight, and extended-hour support. Scheduling will depend on individual care needs, caregiver availability, and applicable service authorizations.
