I am a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in patient access, care coordination, and administrative operations. With over a decade of experience in the medical field, I’ve worked in fast-paced hospital environments, supported families through critical moments, and developed a passion for delivering meaningful care beyond the clinical setting. As the founder of Lux Home Care, I bring both compassion and structure to the agency—committed to quality, integrity, and community impact. I believe in meeting people where they are, advocating for their needs, and building a team that reflects those same values.

Latresha is the clinical backbone of Lux Home Care. With extensive experience in patient care and staff training, she oversees assessments, care plans, and field support for our caregivers. Her leadership blends medical expertise with genuine compassion, making her a trusted resource for both clients and team members.
