Our In-Home Care Services
Personal Care Services (PCS)
Support with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility. Process: Begins with an in-home nurse assessment and development of a customized care plan, followed by caregiver assignment.
Accepted Payment: North Carolina Medicaid, other approved insurances, and private pay.
Respite Care
Temporary care provided to relieve primary caregivers, available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Process: Submit a request online or by phone; a team member will follow up within 72 hours to confirm scheduling.

Companionship Care
Social and emotional support through conversation, games, and companionship to reduce isolation and promote mental well-being. Process: Included in care plans as recommended by our nursing team based on the client’s needs.

Preparation & Feeding Assistance
Help with planning, preparing, and serving meals, along with feeding support as needed. Process: Incorporated into daily routines and tailored to each client’s preferences and care needs.

Light Housekeeping
Basic housekeeping tasks including laundry, dishwashing, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment. Process: Specific tasks are outlined in each care plan and performed during scheduled visits.

Medication Reminders
Non-clinical assistance to help clients stay on schedule with prescribed medications. Process: Caregivers follow medication reminder instructions as outlined in the care plan under nurse supervision.

Pediatric & Elderly Support
We offer age-appropriate, personalized care for children and seniors, including those with autism, developmental delays, mobility challenges, or chronic care needs. Process: Each case begins with an in-home nurse assessment and ongoing supervision to ensure safety and satisfaction.

For private pay clients, services can be customized based on individual needs and preferences—as long as they remain within the scope of non-medical home care.
